Starting the firm and the web page at the end of this month

Chapter -IX-

Hello there!
So we got together yesterday to go over the game plan over a long time. We agreed that we should really slow the train down and the first thing that has to be done is getting the necessary money for the bis. We're going to start our own firm by the end of the April and with that we can start creating the "Elutuba" webpage where are some handmade stuff on sale. So, for the next few months our main plan is to sell basically everything we can do,like cakes,ice cream, bags, handmade jewellery, whatever you may ask and whatever comes to our mind, your requests are also welcome! Getting the money is not very easy but we're working on it and hope to be successful :)

C -IIX-

So we have been asleep for two weeks sorry about that :). But we are going to have a meeting this weekend.

Now we have a new idea thanks to my brother. Amm.. we are thinking that instead of building the cafe in the old town, building it to Nõmme. Its perfect. there is no good place to have a beer and enjoy good music in 5 km radius. From Laagri to Mustamäe everybody has the problem of traveling to a party or finding a place to stay etc. .. we think this is what the city needs.
So the plan is to rent a whole house and make it into "Elutuba". And we can use the yard for all sorts of activities.

Chapter -VII-

So so, this is kinda exiting. My friend's mother is also opening a restaurant. Well, it's in Tartu but the idea is still kinda the same. We found that we need the 40 thousand only for a week to start the firm. When the week is out, we can withdraw all the money and give it all back to its owner without losing the firm. I think the whole idea is stupid. The government wants us to make a new firm and then want us to be more active but there's this huge opsticle before anything can go into motion. And well... The EAS hands out money for new firms, 100 thousand, if they are younger than 1,5 years.I also found this guy who only let's people know his first name and I know it :P He's name is Magnus. He makes bussinessplans for people who don't know how to do it or don't have the time for it. He is really good at it and he only takes the money if the loan is approved. After that we can use the same plan to get other loans which is really cool. Next week we're all getting (Grete,Karin,me) together to write down all that we need to find/buy so we could call Magnus and tell him what has to be done.
Now, no-money related news. We plan to paint a huge window in the cafe and make a window- table, where we keep all sorts of fresh spices and herbs, also a painted lemon tree with real lemons :P. We are slowly looking for workers, bands aswell. ASK YOUR PARENTS ABOUT YOUR OLD FURNITURE,BOOKS,VYNLS,DISHES! Everything is in need,even if it's broken or dying, we will blow some life into it and give em' all a warm and a loving home :)

Chapter -VI-

So, it's the sixth week. There is a lot more progress then before.Firstly I would like to thank all our friends who are helping us with the furniture and classes. We need all the help we can get :)!. We have had a lot of new ideas and we also have had some problems. Euroopa noored is not a good place to get the money from.We are not so sure that we would get any money from them. It's more like for carity's but it's alright,we'll keep on going. A few cafe ownes have said that they can help us with some point at least. The money probably will have to come from banks like SEB and Swedpank. The biggest problem is that we need 40 thousand to start the firm... After that it would be all down hill.
We think that banks won't take us seriously when we don't even have that amont of money. There is a question for our readers hint hint. We were thinking of raising the money ourselves, the 40 thousand. Well, not all of it but 10 thousand at least. So we were thinking of selling stuff. Stuff like fabric bags, stickers, T-shirts, posters, handmade socks, whatever we can come up to bring Elutuba to life. Also you can order whatever foods from me or I can come and cook for a party or something,food service,ha! We don't make just cakes, we make candys and chocolate, lollipops and we also have a homemade ale. We would like to hear your comments about this one if there's any point of making any of these thing ,we hope that somebody buys them,please :D.
We have found a few places in Old Town but there is a slight problem with the owners. Most of them are kinda...well how to put it... assholes? So we are still looking for a place but that isn't our number 1 concern. What we need now is the 40 thousand to get the show on the road. We also found a accountant for us by Grete,but it's still not sure,let's wish and wait for the best :). I want to remind you all that whatever stuff you have lying around the house, even if it is just junk... well ,let us know. We are hungry for junk and we need a lot of it. If you even have like a totally smashed chairs, we will take em and fix them. This weeks specials are brownies and a very special kinda cheesecake. These are just bland brownies but in Elutuba there will be always three different kinds of brownies like almond, honey, peanuts, marmelade, strawberries, cherries, and so on :)All help is needed and a big big thanks and won't be forgotten in the future. Also, please spread the word on to everyone about our cafe, together we can make it happen!

Chapter -V-

And as surely there is some sun in our cold winter there is hope for us to get money we need. Now what did we estimated how much we needed?`it was about 360? or was it 260?. Anyway the " Euroopa Noored " have some systems for starting money. And so we need to file some papers at the 1 of April.

And we found places to have our cafe. HAHA there was even a perfect one. It had even a stage, a cellar, a yard. :D and then we found out the rent was 60 thousand a month :D. The next one had been a gay bar it even had a cute little strip post. it was okey... place only problem was it had some mean neighbors, even the rent was really low. so we are still looking. Well Karin is looking more than any of us. She has a good nose or something -.-.

Also Karin and I made a new cake its White chocolate and pear.

And we are still looking for stuff like cups and plates and stools and tables and what not :D. hint hint wink wink

Chapter -IV-

seems like the winter is picking up again.


sry i did not have a camera this was made in paint :P

so i have made some new foods that someday will be on the counter. it is a orange cake wit vanillie cream. it tasted really good only was a little .... wet. but next time i will get it right:).

and and this weekend if i have any money i'm going to make more stuff. + a cake. and this time i hope ill find a better camera

I went to Finnland with Karin and we found a rly cool flea market where we can buy all the plates and cups and etc for small money. they are mostly all different but we don't mind they look cool.

yeah we still are sleeping..
still trying to find a place and some money ..
