oh looky looky on the corner of the screen, it's Saturday again .And so the story starts. We are trying to find the pieces of the puzzle we're trying to put together. This is being of our second post because we have probably a bit more to tell you. I visited my friend Heidi who I used to work together with for some time at a resturant called "Stenhus". She was a dessertcook in New York at L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon. She decided that estonian "top quality" food... wasn't what she was looking for and started her own baking buisness where she sells her work to places like Home Art in Roterman. My wish to see her was to see her kitchen because we plan to do all the cooking at home also and then bring it to cafe so i needed to know how she pulled it off. I learned a lot about it,what i need and what I don't need. Its' going to cost us about 75 thousand? It's a fictional number but, oh well,we'll see what it will cost in the end. We didn't wanted to underprice it. That would be a thing I don't want to make but we'll see. I also plan to make a lot of reciepes and the costumers can find out which reciepes they love the most so I could make them more often. I made a cake yesterday and it is still at Grete's place and I hope it takes the right form in the morning. It's wrong color of green but .. but we shall see..To make a kitchen, now that's a lot of work. And the healt inspectors... I'm still reading all the aspects I have to fill.. Beside cutting hair we also putted together a small business plan. It still needs a lot of changing and fancy words but the blueprint is done. The girls also found a quite of numbers of bands that already said yes. The are bands from Estonia to Finland and the word is out really fast but we are still looking for people for the opening night. One option would be Vaiko Eplik ja Eliit but I'm not sure, how we're going to make them come to our cafe, we'll see... We've done some digging on furniture as well but we still need all kinds of wierd and cool looking ... stuff. If you have some of these things like vinyl discs,plates,cups,furniture,books etc. lying around at your home, let us now,any help is needed! Grete has a garage where we're storing it all. We already have a piano, a lot of books, some boardgames, acustic guitar and a electric one. We also have a few places picked out for the face. They are not exactly what we are looking for but good,still, we're keeping our eyes open. Getting all the money we need will be a little harded than we thought but were not worried, we'll get it to build the place up and show you all that we can do it.
